  A1: When you buy this solar kit, you are covered by the full manufacturer warranties on each component. Plus, you’ll receive our lifetime customer and technical support.

• Q2: Can l expand this system in the future?

  A2: The system is fully expandable. Add more split phase inverters, lifepo4 batteries and solar panels as needed. You may find you need more power depending on where in the country you are.

• Q3: How do I install the system?

  A3: We've created the kits for absolute simplicity. And all our products are equipped with very detailed instruction manuals.That said, we highly recommend getting the help of a professional installer / certified electrician. You should plan on potential costs associated with this as well.If you have any questions about installation, you can contact us by email or phone for help.

• Q4: How is the kit shipped?

  A4: Due to the large number of products included in your system, your order will be shipped in multiple packages. Your solar panels will be palletised and shipped by truck to your mansion. Shipping time is approximately 5-15 days; other products will be delivered by courier.

• Q5: Will I be able to track my order and deliveries?

  A5: You will receive your tracking numbers via email as soon as they are available. So please make sure you use a good Email address when ordering that can receive email for your your tracking information. Also, please expect to receive multiple deliveries and packages as we ship from multiple warehouses to keep costs down.

• Q6: What's Your Return Policy?

  A6: We try and keep returns simple and easy. We do not charge restocking or return fees. That said, if you decide to return it because you no longer want it, you'll just pay return shipping. If something arrives damaged, we'll cover all of the costs to get you a properly working product.
